Bontekids Dive into Wonder at the Two Oceans Aquarium
Learning can begin with a question, a new place and a world beneath the waves.
Children from Bonteheuwel visited the Two Oceans Aquarium and stepped into a world far beyond their everyday environment. For some, it was their first close encounter with the marine life they had only imagined.
They explored kelp forests, stingrays, sharks and fish, discovering how marine ecosystems connect and why conservation matters. The visit made space for curiosity, surprise and new experiences outside the normal reading environment.
Thank you to the Two Oceans Aquarium, the volunteers and the sponsors who helped make the day possible.
